PAYMENT

All prices in the online store are stated in NOK incl. VAT. If you are under 18, you must have a guardian / guardian permission to book with us. You get three payment options when you shop with us: Payment by Vipps (only Norwegian customers), Visa and Mastercard. When paying by card, the amount on your payment card will be reserved until your order is shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

By delivery: 2-5 days delivery for orders shipped by post.

We ship worldwide with DHL Express:

Norway: 1-2 days
Europe: 1-2 days
Rest of world: 2-3 days

If you place your order by 13:00 (Oslo time), your order will be sent out the same day.

We ship “DTP” (Duty taxes paid) to most countries which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final checkout-price.

CUSTOMS

Your item will be shipped from our webshop in Oslo. Your country might charge a customs fee for declaring your parcel into the country of delivery. These rules differ from country to country, so please be aware of your own customs fee.

REFUNDS

We offer you 14 days return. The total amount of your order will be refunded, including the shipping to you, not the return shipment.

If you wish to refund your item, please do the following easy steps:
1. Please do make sure that the item is in the same condition as when delivered to you. It is important that the tag is still attached to the garment. If you are unsure whether your item applies to the above conditions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
2. Please fill out the return form attached in your parcel.
3. Send it back to us:)

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We offer you 14 days return. The total amount of your order will be refunded.

If you wish to refund your item, please do the following easy steps:
1. Please make sure that the product is in the exact same condition as when received and that the tag is attached. If you are unsure whether your return will be accepted simply contact us with your enquiry.

Send us an email to hello@confettibird.no with your return request. Once it has been approved you will receive a return shipping-label by email.
Once the return has been approved, place it in the the original packaging or another solid option. You will be contacted by DHL to arrange a suitable pick up time.

CUSTOMERR CLAIMS

If your product is flawed or defect, you can return the product, provided that there is less than two years since the product was bought. To make use of such return option, you need to give us a written notice within a reasonable time and also provide us with the receipt and/or the purchase order number of the product. However, please note that we will withdraw the claim if the product is used in an irregular way or washed incorrect. Please contact us on hello@confettibirdno in order for us to send you the customer claim form. Confettibird will cover your costs relating to shipment of the product due to customer claims.

ORDER TRACKING

Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way to you. You will receive an SMS / E-mail notification after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options including:
– Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day
– Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home
– Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point
