These terms apply to all users of the domain Confettibird.no
By entering the Website and using its Features (as defined below) you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use or any part of them, you should not enter or use the Website. Confettibird may modify or update these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time. If you continue to use this Website after any changes, this means you agree to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions of Use.

The orders for goods presented on this Web page are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from confettibird.no at any time and to remove or modify any material or contents thereof.
Although Confettibird AS strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur.

Part of the services mediated through the site is maintained by outside organizations. In situations where Confettibird AS acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Confettibird AS cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. We shall take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, except where we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for ay losses coused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

CUSTOM, DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that customers outside Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Confettibird AS has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, Confettibird AS’s obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Confettibird AS can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Confettibird AS. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Confettibird AS will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are complied in accordance with Norwegian Law and the Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Norway and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
