Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Confettibird.no, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and fair – just the way it should be.

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

When shopping from our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

To use your right of withdrawal:

  1. Let us know via email at shop@confettibird.no within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Return the item within the following 14 days.

  3. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken

  • Digital products that have been delivered and where you have agreed that the right of withdrawal is waived

Claims 

If your product is faulty or does not match the description, you have the right to make a claim in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

  • The claim period is 2 years from the date of receipt

  • Please notify us as soon as possible after discovering the defect

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation

Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we will:

  • Refund your purchase within 14 days

  • Use the same payment method you used at checkout

  • Refund shipping costs only if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In the case of using the right of withdrawal, only the original standard shipping cost will be refunded

Returns and discounts

  • If items are returned so that your order no longer meets the promotion’s minimum purchase requirement, the promotional discount will be removed and you will receive a refund based on the price of the item(s) kept at the non-discounted price.

How to Return

  1. Confirm your return by emailing us at shop@confettibird.no with your order number and what you wish to return

  2. Pack the item securely and include your order confirmation

  3. Send the package to:
