Welcome to Confettibird.no! These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By using our site, you agree to the following terms.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law and apply to all purchases made through our webshop.
2. Ordering
When you place an order on ConfettiBird.no, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is a receipt that we have received your order – the purchase is binding once you receive a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if the product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or due to technical issues.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in NOK and include VAT (MVA). Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:

Secure payment is handled by our payment service providers.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders within 2 business days. Normal delivery time within Norway is 2–5 business days.
Delays may occur during busy periods or due to external factors. If your order is delayed significantly, you’ll be notified by email.
5. Returns and Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or made-to-order products

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken

Digital products where the withdrawal right is waived upon purchase
Please note:
- If items are returned so that your order no longer meets the promotion’s minimum purchase requirement, the promotional discount will be removed and you will receive a refund based on the price of the item(s) kept at the non-discounted price.
6. Complaints and Defects
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. You must notify us within a reasonable time and no later than two years after receiving the product.
We will cover return shipping for valid complaints and offer repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is only used to process your order and will never be shared without your consent.

8. Copyright and Content
All content on this website – including images, text, design, and logos – is owned by Confettibird AS or used with permission. You may not use or reproduce any content without written permission.
9. Disputes
If a disagreement arises, we always aim to resolve it in a friendly and fair way. If needed, consumers in Norway can contact the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
Legal disputes will be governed by Norwegian law and handled by Norwegian courts.
